Matt Ginivan is a Senior Vice President of Development with JBG SMITH where he is responsible for a diverse portfolio of active and planned mixed-use development projects concentrated in National Landing.He is currently leading the two million square foot Met Park development and is planning and entitling over three million square feet of residential mixed-use projects.Matt previously led the development of Central Place, a one million square foot office and residential mixed-use development in Rosslyn.He graduated cum laude from Princeton University where he was captain of the rugby team.Matt lives in Arlington with his wife Cassidy, his son Kellan, and their rescue dog Violet.
